Buy PAPR Mask & System for Silica Dust, Asbestos and Welding Fumes
AYO WX powered respirators (PAPR) are worn around the neck, with no hose and no belt. Choose a full-face or half-face mask with a P-Boost particulate or Gas main unit, then add the filters and spare parts you need. Compare different PAPR systems or talk to our team.

Choose your PAPR system
PAPR systems with a full-face mask
The AYO WX FFM-LF System uses a loose-fitting full-face mask and the AYO WX FFM-DS System a double-seal full-face mask. Both cover the eyes and face as well as the airways.
PAPR systems with a half-face mask
The AYO WX HFM System is the standard dual-fitting half-face system. The AYO WX HFM-SP System is the same system with a speech-enhanced exhalation valve, better suited to work that needs clear speech or a two-way radio. The AYO WX HFM-W System is made for welders and fits under most common welding helmets.
P-Boost or Gas main unit
P-Boost powered respirators filter particulates such as silica dust, asbestos and welding fumes. Gas main units combine particulate filtration with an A2 gas filter for organic gases and vapours, such as solvents, with a boiling point above 65 °C. See different gas systems.
PAPR masks, filters and spare parts
Main filters, pre-filters, gas cartridges, face seals, head straps, lens protective films, battery packs and AC adaptors are sold individually above, along with the AYO TALK-MIC communication kit. The user manuals list replacement intervals. Not sure which part fits your system? Call us with your model and the part you need.
Why buy your powered respirator from Aimwell
Protection for workers with facial hair
Worn loose-fitting, AYO WX PAPR systems are designed for workers with facial hair and need no fit testing, yet still give 10 times better protection (TH3) than a well-fitted P3 non-powered respirator on a clean-shaven face.
Made for hard, physical work
With no hose and no belt to get in the way, AYO WX PAPR systems keep workers productive in jobs with heavy exertion, a lot of body movement or tight, confined spaces.
Cost-effective protection and WHS compliance
An AYO WX PAPR system protects your team and helps you meet your WHS obligations at a sensible cost. When filters or parts wear out, you replace only those parts, not the whole system.
Certified in Australia and Europe
AYO WX PAPRs are certified to AS/NZS 1716:2012 (certificate PC10112) and, in Europe, to EN 12941:2023 TH3 and EN 12942:2023 TM3. The certificates page lists the models each certificate covers.
