This system is configured and optimized for asbestos, silica dust, metalliferous dust, powder coating, coal dust, sawdust, and toxic gas protection.
This state-of-the-art and patented powered half mask system represents the best PAPR technology in the world. Different from most traditional PAPRs which are heavy, and bulky, with nuisance long hoses, troublesome belt-mounting, and prohibiting cost, the Aimwellâ„¢ AYOâ„¢ WX HFM Standard System offers lightweight, low-profile, and low-cost, yet generates powerful flow when needed to create positive air pressure inside the mask for your best protection, thanks to our world-leading smart breath-responsive flow control technology.
All models in the series can be configured as loose-fitting respirators by fitting an Add-on face seal, thus making them compatible with facial hairs without the need for fit testing and setting a new standard of respiratory protection on many dusty or toxic worksites.
Each system of the series includes everything to get started, but to save the trouble of buying new filters soon, we recommend buying together some packs of spare filters according to your normal working condition and frequency of use.
