The Outlet Module contains an exhalation valve and an optional exhalation filter for source control. Its Inlet contains a patented Push-fit & Twist-release connection to connect with an AYO MA mask assembly. On the opposite side of its inlet contains a clip-on cover that can be easily opened and closed to change the filter or to clean the module parts.

All parts of the module can be washed for cleaning and disinfection.
