  1. What maintenance and care are required for AYO BT? 
    • We recommend the following:
      • Wash after each exercise that lasts longer than 30 minutes or any exercises that cause excessive breathing and perspiration. Refer to User Instruction for washing details.
      • Check for the correct operation of the Push-fit & Twist-release connector monthly as follows:
        • Push-fit the mask into BTi and BTo modules, verify if the connection is secure and the modules can not be pulled out once pushed in.
        • Twist the unlock ring and see if the mask can be released freely.
        • Check if the Endcap is secure,  and tighten it if it is loose.
  2. What air inlet level should I use?
    • The inlet level selection varies according to your fitness level and the specific activity during use. Here is a general guide: Try to select a level that gives you enough but bearable challenge during the activity but avoid pushing your limit too hard for too long. Breathing strength and efficiency should be trained gradually and progressively. Over time, when your breathing capability improves, you may adjust the inlet level accordingly for further improvement. Refer to the Training Program on the Resource page for additional information and guidance.
  1. How and when do I use BT+ Boost?
    • When independent inhalation resistance adjustment and full inhalation and exhalation measurement are needed
  2. Can AYO BT+ help if I have asthma?
    • Like BT, BT+ works the same way as BT in terms of reduced breathing training and preventing exercise-induced asthma. For severe asthmatics, please consult your doctor before using it.
  3. Is there an age limit for using AYO BT+?
    • Any adult can use BT+. For children, adult supervision is needed.
  4. How do I replace the battery in my AYO BT+?
    • Purchase a replacement battery from the shop on our website.
    • Open the battery door with a Philips screwdriver, replace the old battery with the new one, and ensure the marking side of the battery faces up.
  5. Can I use it if it is raining? What is the desired temperature when using outside?
    • No, the device is not designed for use in Rain. The standard operating condition for outdoor use is between 15° C and 40° C, provided no excessive condensation is present in the airpath housing.
  6. How do I change or reset my password in the AYO BT+ app
    • Go to Account
    • Tap Change Password
    • Follow the onscreen instructions to reset your password
  7. How to recover forgotten password in the AYO BT+ app
    • In your App screen, click forgot password.
    • Enter your email address and click send
    • You will receive a link to reset your password
  8. How do I connect AYO BT+ modules to the app
    • Open your AYO BT+ app
    • Turn on your phone’s Bluetooth
    • You will see the device appear on your screen, and click the pair button in the module Advanced settings.
  9. Can the App work with any Android phones?
    • No. Only the models of the Android phones listed below were tested and verified to work with the App.

    • If your Android phone is not on the above list, we can not guarantee that it can work with the App. Please contact us for further assistance.
    • If you upgrade the Android to a newer version operating system, please be aware that the App may not be compatible with that version. You may need to roll back to the old version to continue using the App.
  1. How do I know if Aimwell received my order?
    • Once your order has been processed, you will receive a confirmation e-mail. The confirmation will contain your order number, order details and shipping address.
  2. Can I make a purchase over the phone?
    • All orders must be placed via aimwellbreathing.com. If you are having problems ordering online, please don’t hesitate to contact our customer service team for assistance.
  3. There is an item missing from my order, what do I do?
    • You can call us at (02) 7251 8689. We will replace your product at our cost.
  4. Can I cancel my order?
    • Unfortunately, once your order is placed, it is too late to cancel an order. We offer free 14 day returns, within the terms of our Return Policy.

    • We make every effort to deliver products within 5 to 10 working days to the address specified by you during the purchase process. During peak times and sale periods please also allow an additional 2 to 3 days for your delivery.

  2. I’ve received a faulty item; what do I do?
    • If the products you purchased are faulty, and you consider returning your products for repair, replacement or refund, please review our policy on Returns and Refunds first.

    • Please get in touch with us within 14 days from the date on which you received the products. We deliver the replaced products to you at our cost.
